ACRYLIC SANDING SEALER (314-0036) is a reaction curing, crylic resin based, two pack sanding sealer with high filling power, fast drying and easy sandability properties.

Place of use

ACRYLIC SANDING SEALER (314-0036) is designed to prepare all types of hard surfaces for coating (acrylic varnish) in the furniture industry.

Instructions

It is applied as spraying. After proper sanding, surfaces must be free of dust before the application. After the ACRYLIC SANDING SEALER (314-0036) is mixed thoroughly with hardener at the ratio specified (100/20), it is diluted with Acrylic Thinner (931-0311) and then applied on the surfaces as 2-4 coats. After 2-3 hours during summer months and after 12 hours during winter months; surface is sanded with sandpaper no:220-400 after 2-3 hours in summer time and 12 hours in winter time to make it ready for the top coat application
