It is a two component, zinc phosphate based, epoxy polyamide based, anticorrosive primer.
Excellent adhesion on light metals and sheet metal surfaces. It is used as shop primer to protect against corrosion during stacking and manufacturing of abrasive blasted steel sheets and plates. It is also used as an intermediate coat to minimize poping on zinc silicate or metal spray applied surfaces.

After opening the package, Ünlü Shop Primer (822-3611) is thoroughly mixed and homogenized and mixed with Ünlü Shop Primer Hardener at the specified rate. The mixture made gives the application viscosity. If necessary, 5-10% of Ünlü Epoxy Thinner can be added. (Application viscosity should be adjusted to be 17” - 19” / DC4 / 20°C.) In order to obtain the desired performance from Ünlü Shop Primer (822-3611), the mixture prepared should be applied as a single layer, leaving a maximum dry film thickness of 15 - 20 μ on the surface. application is recommended.
