Solvent Free Epoxy Paint is a two component paint based on epoxy resin. The product consists of a pigmented epoxy base and a curing agent, which have been specially formulated to provide a hard wearing coating with good abrasion resistance to both foot and vehicular traffic for metal and concrete floors.It provides excellent resistance to a wide range of chemical, solvents and oils.It has high adhesion performance and due thanks to its solvent free structure, it is safely used in interior surfaces.It is easy to apply and clean.
On concrete and cement based mineral surfaces. On light, medium and heavy wear industrial areas such as factory, storage halls, loading ramps etc. On carpark, pedestrian walkways, power plants.
On hygiene needed areas such as hospitals, laboratory, food industries etc.

The application surface must be fully cured, dry, clean and clean off all contaminants, rust, oil, dust etc. Surface must be primed before the application with appropriate epoxy primers.
1.component is stirred under low speed drill, then epoxy hardener is added into 1.component and mixed under low speed mixer during 3-4 minutes until homogenous mixture is obtained. Prepared mixture is applied on the primed surface by using roller or spray machine as two layers. Waiting period between the coats must not exceed 24 hours. Application must be done within 20 minutes. Final curing is obtained after 7 days. Surface must be protected from water and rain during 24 hours after application. In rainy and windy days, material must not be applied.
