It is a breathing special acrylic emulsion based pigmented topcoat which is formulated for use on exterior wooden surfaces, is resistant to all weather conditions, can be diluted with water and has high covering property.
It is a pigmented topcoat which is dilutable with water, is showing the texture of the wood and providing high elasticity and very good adhesion. It has excellent durability to outdoor conditions and is resistant to fungi, mold and algae growth.
Wooden surfaces to be treated must be clean,free of oil and other residues which are non-carriers.If the wood that is used is resinous the surface should be sanded and wiped with a piece of cloth using NC thinner. It is especially recommended for wooden surfaces to be impregnated by ÜNLÜ PROTECT AQUA WATERBASED WOOD PROTECTOR (545-SERIES) against to protect from the formation of mold and bacteria. ÜNLÜ PROTECT AQUA WATERBASED EXTERIOR SEMI MATT WOOD PAINT (531-1002) can be applied 24 hours after the application of ÜNLÜ PROTECT AQUA WATERBASED WOOD PROTECTOR (545-series). ÜNLÜ PROTECT AQUA WATERBASED EXTERIOR PRIMER;WHITE (532-1000) is applied optionally to get high performance and resistant film.
ÜNLÜ PROTECT AQUA WATERBASED EXTERIOR SEMI MATT WOOD PAINT (531-1002) is applied as min. 2 coats with brush, air or airless sprey gun. Leave 4-6 hours between each coat and sand it with sandpaper no:600-800.For brush application,the dilution ratio with tap water is 5-10 % and for spray application it is about 15-25 %.
