To-be-painted surfaces must be free of dirt, rust, dust, and oil. Swelled, loose, and old paint residues on surfaces must be scraped off, and the entire surface needs to be sanded. The application surface must be clean and dry. ÜNLÜ Rapid Industrial Primer is applied as a spray after being thinned with Industrial Thinner (941-0411). ÜNLÜ Rapid Industrial Topcoat Paint is applied to the product with or without sanding.

• Drying time (20°C)      
• Dry-free drying time: 8-10 minutes
• Dry-to-touch time: 15-20 minutes
• Solids: 65.0 – 75.0 (depending on color)
• Thinner: Industrial thinner (941-0412)
• Coating capacity: When applied to leave a dry film thickness of 30-35 µ in one coat, an area of 10-12 m² can be covered with 1 liter (excluding losses)
