ÜNLÜ Stone Varnish (895-9035) is a TPA resin-based, one-component, air-drying, and non-yellowing topcoat varnish system.

Place of use

The product is designed to adhere very well to decorative stone surfaces and preserve the stone’s natural color. 

Instructions

The product is applied as a spray or by a brush. It is applied to decorative stone surfaces by thinning 15-20% with cellulosic thinner with a brush, and by thinning 30-40% as a spray.

  • Drying time (20°C):      
  • Dust-free drying time: 3-5 minutes 
  • Dry-to-touch time: 5-10 minutes 
  • Full drying time: 3-4 hours
  • Solids: 40.0 – 44.0
  • Thinner: Cellulosic thinner (961-0631)
  • For spray applications: 30-40%
  • For brush applications: 15-20%
  • Coating capacity: When applied to leave a dry film thickness of 35-40 µ in one coat, an area of 8-10 m² can be covered with 1 liter (excluding losses).
