Ünlü Solvent Free Epoxy Varnish is a two component solvent-free system based on epoxy resin and polyamide curing agent. It has good adhesion performance. It provides excellent resistance to a wide range of chemical, solvents and oils. It has good protection for steel, concrete and wooden surfaces.
It used in industrial facilities, metal constructions, refineries, petrochemical plants, piers, bridges and ports, fertilizer, acid, paper, sugar and other chemical industry, water treatment plants, food such as milk and food industry metal, concrete floors and walls to cover etc.

Surface treatment for wood surfaces: The surface should be dry, clean and well sanded prior to varnish application.
Surface treatment for steel surfaces: The surface should be free from dust, dirt fat, roll shells and rust. ÜNLÜ SOLVENT-FREE EPOXY VARNISH (865-0098) is applied to build up a DFT of 70-100 microns.
Surface treatment for concrete surfaces: The surface should be cleaned, dry and free from oil, dirt, old paint is removed using scraper. Recently applied concrete should be completely cured before applying the paint. Allow surfaces to dry if wet. Always confirm preparation adequacy. After surface treatments, ÜNLÜ SOLVENT-FREE EPOXY VARNISH (865-0098) is mixed with hardener at the ratio mentioned above and thorougly mixed. Prepared varnish is applied by appropriate roller or brush.
