It is an air drying, polyester based sanding sealer.
POLYESTER SANDING SEALER is formulated as sanding sealer for internal use on solid wood and MDF with the purpose of decoration. It allows NC, polyurethane and acrylic varnish to be applied on it.
Wooden surface is sanded properly and cleaned from dust before the application. Depending on the application method, it should be brought to proper viscosity. Acccording to the required film thickness, it should be applied as 2 coats with 30 min. intervals between each layer. It has to be sanded after min.four hours and then clear topcoat must be applied, the surface must be first sanded with sandpaper grid no:220 and the with sandpaper grid no:400 to prepare the surface for pigmented topcoat application.
