Epoxy Paint is a two-component, epoxy resin-based topcoat with high corrosion resistance. The product can be applied in thick layers thanks to its thixotropic structure and high solids ratio. It is an elastic topcoat paint that adheres perfectly, is resistant to friction, scratches, and impacts, as well as to many chemicals such as acids, alcohol, seawater, and mineral oils.
The product is used in industrial facilities, chemical process facilities such as petrochemicals, sugar and fertilizers, dams, pools, water treatment facilities, metal parts of piers and bridges, ship constructions, metal surfaces where resistance to alkali, water, and acids is required, and covering the floors of all kinds of industrial facilities and workshops.
ÜNLÜ Epoxy Topcoat Paint is mixed thoroughly after thinning with its hardener and thinner at the specified rates on the surfaces that have been applied with a famous epoxy primer. The prepared paint mixture is applied with a brush, spray gun, and roller. It is applied 2 or 3 coats over wet with a spray gun. It is not recommended to apply the product in environments where the temperature is below 5°C and the relative humidity is above 80%.
