It is an epoxy resin-based, two-component, surface-tolerant, high build, self-priming mastic coating containing zinc phosphate, cured with a modified polyamine hardener. It can be applied in high film thicknesses, adheres very well to the applied surface and gives a flexible film.
It can be applied to all metal surfaces. It has been developed as a protective coating for new steel surfaces and solid and old painted surfaces. It can also be applied to damp surfaces. It is used as a high build surface tolerance single coat coating of protective paint systems where UV resistance is not important. It is used as a primer/undercoat where UV resistance is important. It is used as a single layer coating on structural steels, bridges, underwater and above water parts of metal surfaces, underwater surfaces of ships, chemical industry facilities.

It is applied as a spray (air-airless spray). All surfaces to be painted must be clean and dry. After 13-14 hours, the top coat of paint can be applied by patting and sanding. Recommended application thickness: 100 µ kfk (dry film thickness)
